ROFLOL...
Okay, so lets rewind our calendar(SP?) years to the 80's. Back then we were using science calculators. One of the programs in the calculators was called Dope Wars (pretty sure that was the title). I got alot of fun playing that one in particular, and I was really hopeful that one day maybe I could program it as a stand alone game (Back then when you bought a game you actually had to have gone to the local game store for the pc). Every now and then I got a kick out of that thought.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for turning this older version of me with a smile on his face.

(PS - sorry if the next few posts shoot me down for bringing up a topic that has been up for a while, but honestly, I'm too tired to do that sort of thing. I have had a 20 some odd years of pharmacy on the other side of the road now, so the CI use we get are the occasional tests as such. Mostly its CII-CV's and a whole lot of legends (Legend prescriptions are things that have no known abuse or diversion, but still need a prescription - things like amoxicillin or prozac).

Now I can play it again ;-)

Dope Wars was also a BBS door game, possibly before it was a game on your calculator, although I am not certain of the timeline there.

Someone actually remade dope wars as a small standalone app in the windows xp days, it's how I got to know it myself. ^^''

Same, played the crap out of DopeWars back in the day. This feels like a more fleshed out and silly version of that, and it's a lot of fun. I hope they keep it relatively simple and don't feature creep it to death.
