Overheating GPU 3060

Hey is thare a way to opimize this game ? i cant play after 5min gpu temp hit 80 and fans start to sound like the pc is about to take off

Any solution to this ? have removed vsync and put everything on low still same thing

cap framerate and probably clean your pc.

must be a problem on your end. Im playing on a 4 year old laptop with rtx 2060 and no heating problems at all.

if you removed vsynch it will make your gpu fan even more crazier, lock you framerate and try lower your resolution
but still generally 80 still normal

After cleaning the gpu fans if you are still having issues even with v-sync enabled, turn off v-sync and set fps manually with the slider. I personally have it set to max fps and my gpu fans dont even start up (4070ti)

One exception is if your monitor supports NVIDIA G-SYNC and/or AMD Freesync. If you have either of those features set up you should disable Vsync in every game.

If you're using NVIDIA G-SYNC and/or AMD Freesync, and If your GPU still sounds like a jet turbine just cap the framerate at your monitor's refresh rate.

Same gpu and my temps are around 70° while playing this. Also i dont have that many fans but 70° is totally fine.

cap framerate, clean gpu fans and if you're on a laptop gl Iirc mobile gpu are a scam and shouldnt take it word for word like a normal gpu.

if it's a prebuilt, gl 90% are ass. because they're(walmart and bestbuy) like a runescape pure, all on strength but no defence.

(non laptop) maybe try opening side panels and pointing your fan towards it idk; usually I wont suggest this, since dust would accumulate twice faster if done everyday.

I dont see how anyone can help this person "3060" 80 degrees .......No other information about their PC

For all we know its got a 20 year old intel processor lol

Never said if it was a tower or lapheater I mean just SMH

This game isn't spec demanding it shouldnt be overheating any GPU

Some ppl are crazy push their entry card to the max 144hz, for fps they did not actually use

like me on my 2060 everything working fine

I'm running this game at a rock solid 90 FPS (locked it there). Using my old GTX 1080. Temps never even hit 60℃.
