Warehouse - Disapointing

The warehouse for double the cost of the Barn, is practically half the size! It is very disappointing to save up the cash and immediately regret it.

Yeah, it is not as wide as the barn. I think it is a bit longer and has more upstairs area. Super disappointing though.

def needs to be only 30k not 50k

i mean it does have less space, but the obstacles that block you from placing things are less, there are even beams on the side that if in the barn would prevent building, but in the warehouse you can build through them.

it needs to have its price lowered, and imo those beams should prevent building because i don't want that jank clipping.

reason i still think it should have a higher price than the barn is just that it doesn't have those beams in the actual build area like the barn does, the beams on the sidewalls and such aren't a big deal and can be worked with.

but having a clear main floor is great for streamlines.

If you could place things outside the Warehouse, but within the brick perimeter, I think it would be worth it. Would also add another level of tact when designing the layout once police raids are a thing.

Also you have police patrol right outside of it in the day. Barn is just easier to deal with!

Personally I like the location a lot more. It's closer to most of the dealers and also the blackmarket. Also at this point in the game where you own both you could easily split your production between two facilities and not need that much room in one location.

The warehouse actually has more than 150 more grid spots for placement than the barn. You can literally tell it's larger just walking in the front of it. lol

the vehicles are not irrelevant. they triple the amount of items you can transfer between areas. the roadblock by the warehouse slows the game down, and pisses me off. all part of the game, but that's the most irritating part for sure.

Hop the barricade with your skateboard and skate behind the warehouse fence. Fly into the water and you will appear inside. Cops will of course be triggered but cannot get you.

tbh you can just steer your vehicle onto the walkway and drive around the roadblock. a little tricky. 50/50 chance you'll get stuck

The location is much better than the barn though, much closer to most of the dealers, the black market and the two best businesses.
