What's the point of the dirt dispensers!?

These things have to be the most useless ♥♥♥♥♥♥' things in the entire game and, for a newbie, they're an absolute, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ TRAP!

I get the water dispenser and i get free, unlimited water. Never have to fill it, never have to do the mini game, it's ♥♥♥♥♥♥' aces! I start building up a nice farm and I'm thinking: "Damn, good dirt is expensive and ♥♥♥♥ after awhile. I'll get the dirt dispenser since the only big thing that would change is that I might have to hit the dirt dispense button every so often.

No. The dirt dispenser needs you to buy dirt, not only that, but you don't even get anything out of it. You can't extend to longevity of a 1 bag to like 3 or four plants before you need to replace it, you don't get anything out of it besides the fact it takes up extra space and, I GUESS, it's required, maybe, when you buy workers? Like, no! ♥♥♥♥ that!

I almost uninstalled right there, just out of pure "♥♥♥♥♥♥' done with this ♥♥♥♥"-ness, because I lost SO MUCH ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ MONEY thinking this ♥♥♥♥ is going to streamline my ♥♥♥♥♥♥' life in this game.

The dispenser's only job is to remove the need to cut the bags and fill the pots. It also removes the rubbish associated with bags. The dirt usage is exactly the same out of the dispenser as it is without it. They come as 1, 2 or 3 runs per bag.

You do not need them with workers. And they only cost $300 each. If you wasted tonnes of money, that's on you for not checking stuff out first. Take them to pawn shop and haggle for some money back.

All it is is a mild time-save. That's all it's meant to be. Tap a 3x soil, reload it in 1-click with another 3x soil and walk. It's not a big time-save, but it is a time-save.

Yeah, I was kinda disappointed with the soil dispenser as well. I was assuming it'd function like the water dispenser and not need refueling.

Maybe if it held more than one bag, could be stacked on the water dispenser or something it'd be worth using, otherwise it takes up to much room to really be worth using.

Cringe perspective of time. Takes an average of 4~ish seconds to pop a bag manually per pot. VS a double-rightclick amount of speed.

More like 5 seconds, plus the trash on the ground. Early game you don't have enough pots that it makes a huge difference and by the time you do get enough for it to matter you've already got botanists to do it for you.

yeah some of us also play coop and really don't need the bugged out employees that get paid for just standing around lmao.

players are way faster than employees, the dirt dispensers save so much time because you can hit them with the watering units at the same time and have a fully watered pot by the time it's filled, you can't do that with the bags AT ALL. - you have to wait till the dirt is in the pot.

in a chain of planters of like 20 or more, that's a massive time sink.
