Schedule I

Schedule I

Zobrazit statistiky:
This game's "Fun" is an Illusion
I will honestly say this game scratched my itch for being productive in developing an efficient logistics pipeline, but it very quickly turns into a chore walking simulator. All aspects of actual game play are so lukewarm and lacking any varied situations that could bring any meaning. The map is extremely small, and when you get to the point of having multiple employees and more than two locations, the game will be a stuttering mess of hitches.

Yeah, it's kinda fun making weird drugs that have strange side effects, but that novelty quickly dies off. And I know this opinion isn't going to be received well, because the grand majority of players on hear are hedonistic in nature, but this game downright promotes drug use and the solicitation of them.

you seem to have a problem with this yet bought it anyway. odd
This is probably one of the most fun and successful early accesses of this year... You're talking about it like its a finished product haha :D

Edit: You don't have to sell crack or cocaine btw. and weed is legal in many countries and states...
Naposledy upravil XyPeZ; 12. dub. v 17.11
just play and chill this is the way
I bought 2 games that are similar to this but for some reason, this is the one that is taking the longest time to get old. Drug Lord Tycoon got old really fast since you are confined to your properties. Drug Dealer Simulator 2 looks nicer but everything behaves like a placeholder. It feels as if they used another simulator game and only changed the theme or something like that.

The thing I liked about this one is how the NPCs have their own schedule and have things to do everyday. It's always the same schedule, too so you know where they will be when you look at the clock and need to find them. It only needs more interactions with them and between eachother and the game will be even better to me. :V

it really is, because I gotta give em a free sample of weed in order to get em on to bigger and better things.
And weed is always good to soften the landing

I think the game is in EA still and they guy has plans I hear .....As far as the drugs thing I been smoking weed since the 80s lol

In the end tho it is still a game and the Dev has a disclaimer that it is just for fun so ya
how are you still alive
why would they not be? what do you think weed is?

I mean, it's an early access title that most likely has years of content updates ahead of it, assuming the dev is truly passionate. I do think some of the hype is overblown, but I think it's fun for what it is and I never would have found myself enjoying a game like this unless there was so much buzz around it. As for it promoting drug use, highly disagree. This game may have names of real drugs in it, but it's very goofy in its presentation and, at least to me, is fun to play because it's charming and there's a lot of satisfaction in creating and selling. The product being drugs has no bearing on that enjoyment, the game could be about being a baker and going around selling pastries and I'd still love it.

The game, in it's silliness, makes light of some of the most harmful substances that have plagued communities. Specifically it's lightheartedness towards meth use. That charm, the game displays is a disguise meant to inspire a new generation of use.
you are absolutely delusional

sounds like every successful game. fun only keeps you around for that long, but addictive mechanics keep people around for years. only extraordinarily fun games become successful above their expectations without addictive and time consuming mechanics

So you're basically saying the game isn't fun, it's just engineered to waste your time until your brain mistakes sunk cost for enjoyment? Sounds like a win for the devs and a loss for anyone with self-respect. There's no endgame, no reward, just the same repetitive garbage loop dressed up in FOMO and fake progression. But sure, keep calling that "successful." Cults are technically good at retention too.
bro you really need to start taking your meds again

I'm going to make a game about mothers being alcoholics that abandon their children to abusive stepfathers that beat the ♥♥♥♥ out of them, but don't worry, it'll be silly graphics.

What? It says right at the beginning of the opening screen, DO NOT USE OR SELL DRUGS
So there goes half your argument. Also, just to be that guy, Everything is an illusion. Time is an illusion, The concept games making kids violent is an illusion.
Minecraft sure put a lot of kids back into the mines didn't it.

BTW, Your topic. Pretty good. Some solid points, except that this game doesn't "Downright promote drug use" That is like, your opinion. Man.
dude gave no good points. also, "time is an illusion?" go back to middle school with your pseudo-intelligent bs, regard

Give it more time. It's fun for me and I think the game has massive potential, but I can agree that the game is lacking content and polish. It's early access though and just recently released, so obviously it's not where it will be. I can understand when walking around for the most part isn't fun for someone. Ignore the fanboys who just yell at anyone having any negative thing to say.
my fun died about an hour or two after getting the barn. the game basically devolves into a management sim, and the charm wears off as it starts to become just another boring grind. especially since the leveling progression is really awful. there is like 5-10 levels in a row mid/late game where you dont unlock anything that helps the business. there needs to be a natural progression of things getting easier/faster as you continue to play, and that aspect is gone after a dozen or so hours. i loved the 20ish hours i played, and the dev deserves the 20 bucks. i just wish there was more of a reason to keep playing besides a very boring level grind

Don't worry, you aren't going to be the kid in my game. You're going to be the mom. One of the main gameplay loops is hiding alcohol all over the house in order to keep your buzz going. And if you hear the muffled screams of your child being lashed by a belt in the background, it will wear off your buzz.
