No canal is shown on the map

Title.... no where to go to find this last stash as theres no canal shown on the map.

If just starting the game, it might be easy to overlook. The canals on the map kind of just like dirt roads, it isn't very clear at first what they are. Sorry that the pictures are dark, it's 4am in my current game but i went to the drop box i think you might be referencing so you could have some visual help finding the location as well:

On the actual map, i have it somewhat zoomed in but this is near the gas station you probably first found when heading into town, also near the police station:

and the drop box should basically be under your feet from that last screenshot, go around the railing and into the actual canal, the drop box should be embedded in the wall where the road is:
