Dealers = 50% exp
Self slinging = 100% exp
each deal from 1 week to a brick of cocaine = same exp
So the fastest way to level is to not have dealers do anything and just manually do them all late at night
Probably some bonuses for having deals done quickly too as my nightly values aren't consistent but generally are at 850-900 exp and I've got two groups of people left to unlock (~20)
Selling only coca + haggling on the phone + 5 dealers only selling purple weed bricks is giving me 800 - 1000xp a day, varies.
I am selling only to the latest area unlocked and some of the previous; my dealers handle everything else.
Heck, I've been able to make my target weed product (OG Kush, Cuke, Gasoline, Cuke, Chili, Battery, Mega Bean) since Peddler V. Hits serious diminishing returns to make more complicated mixes, and 6 ingredients mean that with the Veep van I can carry enough ingredients for 4 full stacks (So 80 units of end product) at once. More ingredients and I'd have to make multiple trips.
How I play when leveling;
Dealers have no products or assignments
Self sling everything at Late night, but first thing in the morning go and manually sell as much as possible. after doing deals @ late night I Restock for my employees, then go sling again by knocking all doors.
I also only mix one ingredient with weed for my production product because i believe XP is based per unit sold VS per $ made in sales. (Not sure on this though)
I very rarely make under 1k a day in xp unless I skip my late night run.

So a daily xp limit does not exist I guess?

Found this list on Reddit. Seems about right from what I've seen.
You can also check the wiki which at the end of the day is just that but more human readable (not saying this isn't but this looks like the actual name for the variables.
Afaik there is no daily cap.
XP is also not granted at the end of the day, is granted when the action that grants XP was performed (this and some goofy issue with save games is the reason why when you load a save at the end of the day go to sleep it says you got 0XP even though you did during the day, but this value for some reason is not persistently stored because it doesn't need to.
