33-44 fps on a 3080 TI and ryzen 5 5600X

I've already turned off vsync and it's like it didn't do anything at all, I've even turned it off in the nvidia control panel as well, am I missing something or will I just have to wait for performance updates?

Zotac 3080 TI here, power consumption rarely goes above 120 watts. I would suggest checking your RAM as the game sometimes does 5 GB/s in Read. Let us know

Im on a piece of ♥♥♥♥ laptop that can't even play most newer games without Nvidia updates and DLSS or whatever the hell pre rendering BS it comes with. My games either run okay and look ♥♥♥♥♥♥, or run ♥♥♥♥♥♥ and look great.

I have not had this issue at all with this game. It does have some issues, but regardless what the trolls say, The dev is working on it.

When I open task manager I see for a second 97% cpu and then it goes down to 54%, is this a crypto miner virus or smth? How could I get rid of it if it is?

6750 on a 2014 z99 mobo with 32 gig ddr3 ram and 2x ssd for steam libraries. pulling my 59 fps constant because I set a limit. runs 140s plus unchained. Your system is not optimized.

I'm running a RTX 3080, 32gb RAM @ 4000MHz, and an i9 11900K @ 5.00GHz playing in 3440x1440 and I get 20FPS even with V-Sync turned off and a mod to disable trash... wtf is going on? I can see from a hardware monitor my GPU use only gets to about 30% and same for CPU

Task manager starts with highest priority and it collects information about your system to display, which is why it causes your CPU to spike to max. Nothing to worry about unless it stays for a prolonged period.

It seems to be a patch issue, it hasn't happened to everyone, but it has happened to several. I have a friend with an RTX 3080 Ti and he runs between 33 and 44 fps. I have an i5 14600KF, 32GB 6000Mhz, RTX 3080 and I run at 60 FPS... sometimes it goes up to 90, and other times it doesn't go over 55 fps. You're not the only bro, several more have problems. I have the game with all the settings at minimum so I can play it decently at 60 fps.
