Handlers deleting ingredients?
Is anyone else seeing their handlers going to fully stocked shelves and when moving to a mixer, completely emptying the shelves and the stuff is gone?

They're not taking it anywhere else.

Troubleshooting: Restarted the game, no change. Saved, then replenished the shelves, still taking it.

Any ideas? The shelves that are getting jacked are right behind my mixers.

My best guess is theyre mixing it for you? So theres no need for you to do it AGAIN. That would be like duplicating your ingridients.

Nah, mixers aren't being started, just all the product that's supposed to go into the mixer is getting completely deleted.

I've even reassigned the handler and still does it.
Same bug here, i fired the 2 handlers and fill up alone in 4-5am break but i saw 1 shelf empty without a handler working on it...

tried relocation the shelfs, punch the handlers nothing worked.

let us hope for a fix....

so maybe try like me with 6 of 8 workers (if you be dock warehouse), a other reason can be that there are to many items in the location !? So dont "spam" to much stuff...

Yeah, my fix was reassigning someone else to those shelves, worked. Ended up firing the dude. Can't be having a dude stealing mega beans and chili's all day.

I had a botanist who would just take the seeds, walk back to my parking lot and complain that he had no seeds to plant. I guess he was an addict, fired him, beat him up and threw him in the ocean. Hired a new one and it was fine.
same ♥♥♥♥ happened just now, I tried so many things and still that punk is stealing my ♥♥♥♥ lol :D almost breaks the game, we need urgent fix, or at least cause of this

so getting a new employee fixes it?

That's what fixed it for me. Did a test by just reassigning someone and they did it fine. So just fired and rehired a dude.
One of my botanists was taking a cocoa seed, turning slightly towards the pots, taking a seed, turning back towards the shelf, taking a seed, turning towards the pots....

I watched him delete about 40 seeds.

I sacked him and hired another - no problems since then.

on the bright side the spaghetti code simulates idiot employees, often a little too much tho
I had a handler pick up a brick of coke to move it, but then a mixer got empty, so while he carried the brick he would go and restock the mixer, then be done with his task and go outside to his idle spot. I never saw the brick again :/
So is this a common feature where sometimes your employees are stealing from you? That is annoying... need to 'teach' them first before firing them. I have 2 handlers who are stealing from me.

i doubt it's intended, the whole employee/automation system reeks of spaghetti code. it's not designed well but this might get fixed in the future

yeah its a bugged handler who has either has an infinite storage and never puts things out or just deletes things they grab

way to often they wipe out whole shelves of recently stocked things

its pointless to use handlers to move things at the moment
