you're mostly minding your own business and doing your own thing, that's about the whole game summed up.
how am i derailing the discussion lol explain?
Personally I have the barn full of coca, cauldrons, and ovens and when they fill 2 shelves of product it goes to the docks for mixing and packing. Constantly placing orders and reupping inventory with just enough time in between to make all my sales comes out to like 100k an hour.
Alternately you could never leave the sweatshop/bungalow and just sell basic products to enjoy the vibe of the game.
I feel you will find it fun and relaxing when solo and when with players fun too but less productive advancement wise.
Saying an alpha/beta game has bugs is not feedback.
Worst i have had so far is cops are stupid but weirdly observant, and if you get people addicted they sometimes run up to you asking for a deal (but the options are basically "yes", "yes but i have to go get it so follow me" which seems very buggy especially if cops get involved, and "get lost"). Otherwise no one really gets mad at me except the cops, and they are usually easy to avoid...just occasionally have great/terrible timing.
Nah, the horror game come us when you get the crack head deals that run up to you at night, after you sold to them that day and they look like a demon out of hell with a green body, flaming head, 1 glowing eye.
They didn't ask how buggy it is. And now everyone has to deal with the center of attention that is you. That is how you derailed the Convo. just to directly answer your question.
And no, saying it's buggy, don't buy is not constructive, it's an order wrapped with a reason.
1. After someone is addicted, they may rush up to you asking to buy something. If your sale 'fails' they will attack. But if you have what they want (whatever you sold them that they are addicted to), you can usually get it at 99-100% success so that should be minimal. And you can ask them to follow you as well, so they won't immediately attack if you don't have it.
2. Police will attack if they spot you after curfew.
However, there are clear signs in the game files that there are plans to make the game more.... stressful? At least it looks to be going that way.
So these things will potentially also be added soon-ish:
1. "Loan Sharks" will say you owe them money and give you a certain number of days to get it. The loan sharks may be a part of the tutorial and/or may be part of the cartel, we don't know yet. I'm also assuming they will presumably attack you if you don't pay them on time.
2. The local Cartel will also put pressure on you in some way and may even attack you unexpectedly.
We do not know yet in what ways the Cartel will be involved but we do know they are eventually intended to put more pressure on the player's actions and will be a larger part of the story.
We don't know what else there might be later, but I'm also guessing that the 'infinite-time' thing at 4AM is also going to be removed at some point (since you'll only have a certain amount of days to do some things like pay the loan sharks), but maybe not... It's not really hurting anything at the moment and either way right now the player has infinite time to do pretty much anything they want, so I could be wrong about that.
So if you are still considering buying the game but these things might bother you, I would suggest waiting to see what direction it goes. It is very possible that there ends up being tons of "frustrations" or elements in the game designed to pressure you to time-limits or whatever. Or maybe it'll keep the current relaxed approach, since that may be one of the reasons the game is popular. Who knows?
Fired him and now i'm playing all relaxed again lol.
