I can answer some of that :
1. Not right now. You can only hire or fire them (by talking to them). There is a mod for that on nexus if you really need to and is comfortable with them.
2. I'm not sure what you're asking on that one.
3. No they don't, they do everything "by hand", you don't need to give them tools though.
4. I'm not sure, but I don't think so.
5. I'm not using handlers so I can't really say what you can tell them to do ; but there is no filter option on racks.
I meant if the worker is faster, when he gets an automatic pacing station.
Besides this, thx for your answers!
As I said, I'm still not using all the workers' potential so can't tell.
