Is the game harder if you're black?

It is actually easier if you are black. The cops have a harder time seeing you at night.

Probably just bad RNG luck. Maybe the dev went the same route as The Fractured But Whole. The darker your skin tone, the harder the difficulty.

Did you assume they would choose the same skin color in game as they are outside of game? One of them could have chosen a white player model.

But to answer their question, I also always lose at the Casino and get searched all the time if I am not careful. Also, I made my guy look like Shaggy from Scooby doo.

you're just unlucky. try to stay away from cops when they're walking near and you won't be searched as much. they tend to be more aggressive with checking if you trail near them all the time.

TBH they seem to have ESP. If I'm not carrying anything, I can run right into them and they don't care. If I'm holding, they want to body search me if I get anywhere near them.
