Blood and gore?

Is there any plans to add blood and gore to the game? I feel like it would add alot to the athmosphere, as it would make sense considering you are chopping people with machetes adn shooting people etc. so u would naturally expect blood and gore? Pretty plz, plz add blood and gore so my bloodlust can be satisfied.

What I like about this game is that it has a lot of graphical effects (with the drugs) but also is done in a basic style that is not as hard on my PC, I can play it highest quality and it performs great! I cannot......WILL NOT........Risk losing that.

I mean like on the floor and on walls and it like pouring out of people when u kill them!

True, I guess it could be done in a way that doesnt affect performance alot. or have it be optional.
