ERROR: CODE -1034 has Schedule I

The "Cow Theory" Lore behind Schedule 1.

This is my theory about the background life of the people you sell drugs to.
So basically the game was made it Poland so the town is probably in Poland or somewhere near there. The reason for this is there's a song about a guy doing cocaine and hes from Poland and the song goes "The only thing in my head is five grams of cocaine" this could relate to the people who you sell drugs to and he made a song about it.
This is just a theory not a fact and maybe there can be more lore about this game because it would be a fun topic.
