Schedule I only utilizing 25%~ of CPU

I've noticed that when I run this game it only uses around 20 percent of my CPU. This is running on Linux via Proton.

I've heard other people have this problem too, regardless of OS. Anyone know how to fix it?

Don't tell me to change my graphics, I get the same FPS (around 20FPS) regardless of what graphics setting I'm at.

11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-11400H @ 2.70GHz

I've been having serious FPS issues as well even though my CPU could run this game on a single core, what seems to help me is once you load into the game, wait about a minute, then change the graphics quality to high or ultra depending on your GPU. Then the FPS goes to 100+ for me. Also turning off god rays, vsync, and if that doesn't help still look into using Lasso to set the game to disable SMT/Hyperthreading.

It seems to be a patch issue, not everyone has had it, but several have. I have a friend with an RTX 3080 Ti, and he runs between 33 and 44 fps. I have a 3080 and I run at 60 FPS... sometimes it goes up to 90, and other times it doesn't go above 55 fps.
