Pawn shop owner not there

Pretty much title, I've tried every single day but still nothing. I just want to know if this is something everyone is experiencing or just me

Had the same thing. Quick restart helped.

unnasign him from the the dealer. then save game and reload save.

So apparently, after he leaves the pawn shop initially, Mick goes back to his house behind the pawn shop, and gets in his red truck. Which then just... disappears off the grid, and never comes back. I'm assuming this is just a recent glitch, and hopefully the dev will fix it soon.

It worked when i saved, quit, then reloaded the game. May have to do once or twice.
