Do employees utilise sprinklers and auto-soil things?

Yep.

Though you can 'help out' if you want. I myself occasionally help my botanist water my weed since I used the airy pot. I just use a single sprinkler which I move around to which pots need swatering.

yeah, It's pretty sad. I had as whole setup for coca leafs...
