dont really need That many racks for 4 pots, 5 pots gives you 60 buds (if doing weed) which fills 3 racks with 20 each, and since drying is always a set time, no matter how much is on the rack, you are better off cutting out the extra rack for the time being and just going with 3, or expanding your grow operation, if money allows for it, to 6 pots, youll not fill the final rack, but youll be able to sell more product. Jar up excess, stuff it on a dealer, and make that passive income.
There is a weird balance and quite a bit of math for larger operations, especially when you get in coke production as the counts are different. 9 leaves normally vs 16 if PGR is used. try to balance your inputs vs your outputs as best as you can. Every increase in the quality of your product via drying rack is 12 hours of game time. The current automation we have set up in my MP game for Coca leaves is 16 pots + fertalizer, 8 Racks, 4 Cauldrons, 4 ovens, 8 Mixers and a brick press. Completely capped the warehouses worker limit, and produce about 6 bricks in a 24 hours game time period.
