ive made 1 deal with him and have never seen him since

Think his pathing is funky. Sometimes sleeping will have him report properly.

I've mostly had luck hunting him down and hitting him with a baseball bat till he's unconscious, and then sleeping. He seems to properly be in the Pawn Shop all day the next day lmao

Ya I have had the same issue many days in a row he is not in pawn shop ... figured he was getting a fix ....

I started a new save to see if it would make a difference, I saw him there once in the first 3 days and he never pops up again unless he wants a deal. I don't see him out wandering or anything.

Where does he hang out at? We have the same problem but I cant locate him. Does the illegal dock warehouse shop have to be unlocked first?
