pawn shop npc not showing up
stores open but nobodys there

anyone else?

remove Mick Lubbin from contact lists from dealer.
if hes not in the list add him to a dealer save/sleep then remove him. then save and reload and he should be in the pawn shop.

save/reload forces a hard reset on NPC pos and actions.
removing/adding mick to dealer list will cause him to go out to meet spots for deals as a customer. "reseting w.e A.I" he has.

edit: gone again on the next day and not on any dealers list...
