Where is "North of the Overpass?"

I want to meet up with Albert and that is all he said for the location. Where is that? I found the overpass that ran next to Taco Ticklers, the on ramp near the old RV, and I went as far as I could go on the map to the north where the Overpass ended.

North of the overpass is to the right, right before you go down the hill to the hardware store passed taco ticklers
