it depends on what you give your dealers, like, try to assign customers that match the kind of weed you give your dealer ? But even then, you could give a rotten taco to your dealers and they'd still find a way to sell that.
Just assign them closest to their house outside of the high rollers list.
Since you're on Steam, its second to last menu item along the top - 'Guides'
Or here is a good one for you. Has what you are looking for, and more besides.

I said it in the message.. "As long as they aren't on the high rollers list, assign whoever is closest to them" to minimize their travel time and maximize time to sell.
As long as no one on the high rollers are assigned to them, and they sell in their general area, you're fine.

I’m using these three man, no particular reason, I just like how they sound. Though I did check a ranking list first. For now, I’ll go with these. Feels trickier than navigating the real world, honestly.

As for giving certain drugs to certain dealers which you quoted, I tested this recently.
All 5 of my dealers were given 75 x 8 mix heavenly coke at the same time (or as close as possible), listed at the maximum of $999. All 5 dealers finished selling within a day of each other, regardless of where the customer lives.
List of sales in the order they finished.
Molly : $77,317
Wei : $78,638
Jane : $80, 485
Brad : $75,671
Benjii : $72,058
Originally I thought there was a 'location' benefit but Molly's sales negate that theory. At this stage it seems it doesn't matter what, or who, or where sales are made.
I think once you have 100% addiction and loyalty it doesn't matter anymore. They all seem to spend the same amounts at the same time. My numbers showed that despite the fact Benjii and Molly do not get high spenders, they both turned over roughly the same amount at the same time.
I have unlocked the 6th dealer who is all top end. I will run some more tests on this later. It takes a few days with high sample rates.
