Is there a way to delete already made recipes in the products app?

I have way too many finished products in the products app and I don’t use any of them, the X button won’t let me delete them

Not at the moment. The red X isn't for deleting them, it's to tell you that you don't currently have that mix listed for sale. If you list a mix for sale, the red X will change to a green dollar sign.

As Sir Kepi mentioned, no, no such feature in the game as of yet.. It'd be a complete godsend of a feature to have though!

You can get away with making some minor mistakes when you delete a product manualy as described in that link above by that spider that made sure i am not able to eat my birthday cake ..... but there is the off-chance that you make the wrong mistake that does not forgive breaking your save game..... basicly freezing your game as soon you start scrolling on your phone(at least when I messed up editing names and ID's....wanted to correct my naming system of products).
