No npc at pawn shop to sell stuff to....
Would like to sell all my old gear like grow tents and stuff but no NPC is behind counter, tried 8am and 8pm. No one is there. Is there a box we drop our stuff in to sell it or something?

I saw him once, decided I would come back since I just started the game and when I did he was gone

save exit game then load save file and mick will be in pawn shop

you have to knock mick out then sleep he should appear during 6am and 6pm

Had him in the shop right after loading the game, sold him a can of cuke to test if he pays in cash or to the account.
Sadly its cash, so my devious plan to pull 100.000 cans of cuke from the vending machine for cash and sell it to him to launder it will stay a dream ;)

He doesn't work on Saturday or Sunday if you are checking on those days.

That worked for me. It was tuesday on my game and he was not there, so nothing to do with weekends.
