Beta version
Do I just stay on the version I downloaded last week or do I switch it I just wanna progress my world and it not to crash

Beta branches are always inherently unstable. If you want a more stable experience, I'd say opt out of the beta and play the regular branch. Do keep in mind though that this is an Early Access game, so bugs and other problems are to be expected from time to time no matter the branch.
