There is no one in the pawn shop, i think Mick, the dude with the cow boy hat isnt assigned to any dealers so i dont know why he he isnt in the shop

It wasn't at my place either, so I found it got hit with a baseball bat a couple of times and the next day it magically appeared in the pawn shop

i found a quick save and restart make him show up

Same problem here, he was at the counter when I initially started the game and saw it for the first time. But he wasn't there afterwards for whatever reason.

unassing mick to a dealer and reload the game , can't have him work and be a junkie wth guys XD (yes it works he was not in the shop for me too until i did this)

saving and reloading at the motel also respawns him temp for the day.
