This is the dealer setup I have. It's been proven who the high rollers are. You can verify their limits by taking a $1700+ item and raising their price until it goes from any% to 0%.

For example, if you walk to them on the street and want to sell, say jars full of weed, the chance for successful deal go down to 0 at certain jar.
Sometimes it's 3 jars (15 weed bags) that makes it drop to 0%, sometimes it's 5 jars (25 bags).
But there seems to be a hard limit for each customer on how much they can buy at once, yes.
BUT, making higher valued product (suggested price) helps with how much addicted customers will pay for it!
For example, suggested price 85$ weed, priced at 98~$ usually gets sold between 115 and 130 when you put it on sale.
At least that's what I've seen so far.
I have 2x 4 mix setup of weed in my warehouse and my barn just pumps out raw bricks of coke. But, I am simply stockpiling as im not really playing the game right now except to just mess around or if I want to relax. I think I have something like 100-120 bricks in stockpile with over a mil of mixed clean and dirty cash, so I don't really have anything left to do lmfao.
