Is mick on one of your dealers list? That's the main issue that can cause that. Whenever ever Mick goes for a meet he will leave the shop

like the gas station and every shop...if they r meeting with the dealer they not working

Try verifying your game files, that solved it for me.
Right click the game in your library > properties > installed files > verify integrity of game files

And if they're not? Because I had an entire weekend when the first Dealer I have doesn't even have anything to sell and Mick's just not there.

Same for me, for the moment I save the game and back to the main menu and load the game and he is in the Pawn.

remove Mick Lubbin from contact lists from dealer.
if hes not in the list add him to a dealer save/sleep then remove him. then save and reload and he should be in the pawn shop.

save/reload forces a hard reset on NPC pos and actions.
removing/adding mick to dealer list will cause him to go out to meet spots for deals as a customer. "reseting w.e A.I" he has.
sleeping. is a soft reset on most NPC Pos and A.
