Pawn Shop

Is the guy who runs the pawn shop EVER THERE? lol I have talked to him once, and since then he never seems to be in the shop.

If you can not find him make sure he is not on your dealers list and sell some product he will call in the evenings.

I am having the same problem. No Shopkeeper. I have tried on multiply days and times. I also did the save, quit, and restart, but still no shopkeeper.

he has stuff in his shop and there should be new items like gold bars...
i was able to get in and trade but he only let me sell stuff not buy those gold bars or other stuff^^
there is like signs to use cash only too.. :D
