Ich habe bei meiner Farm 10 Betten und jeweils einen angestellten.
Es fehlen mir immer zwischen durch 2-4 Handler, die plötzlich verschwinden im Spiel, aber die Betten zu den jeweiligen Mitarbeiter immer noch besetzt sind. Es wird auch täglich Geld aus dem Koffer gezogen, aber sind auf der Farm nicht zu sehen und arbeiten auch nicht.

Ist das ein Bug oder woran liegt es?

Employees are missing

I have 10 beds on my farm and one employee for each bed.
I am always missing 2-4 Handler who suddenly disappear in the game, but the beds for the respective Handler are still occupied. Money is also taken out of the suitcase every day, but they can't be seen on the farm and aren't working.

Is this a bug or what is the reason?

Hört sich nach einem bug an.
Hast du deine Handler zufällig K.O. gehauen? die respawnen nicht besetzen aber weiterhin das Bett.
Weiß allerdings nicht ob in diesem Fall immer noch geld rausgezogen wird
I have fixed this. but it can be alot for some people. Search %userprofile% in windows. Then navigate these folders. "Appdata">"LocalLow">"TVGS">"Schedule 1">"Saves" open your save game and go to "Properties" choose whichever property you need to fix your employees at. The employee folder lists all of your employees. Choose one good employee and open their NPC file in notepad. Copy their position values to the not working employee's position values. That will move the employee to the good employee place in the game and they will return to their stations. Sorry for only English I hope that helps you.

Ich habe einen Handler mitten auf einer Straße am dem Brunnen stehen sehen, warum er da stand - keine Ahnung.

Ich habe dies auch mal um Bug-Report gepostet um zu hoffen, dass ich darauf eine Message bekomme.
Nun sind erstmal alle Mitarbeiter entlassen worden, Betten abgebaut und der 1 Handler der mit fehlt auf der Map, wird nun gleich vor der Türe stehen - hoffentlich.
Dann wird dieser gekündigt und am Folgetag werde ich alle nach und nach erneut einstellen und Ihre Aufgaben zuweisen.

Thanks for your feedback on this topic and we don't mind that you write in English, I just opened the topic for both languages to get more coverage on this topic.

How safe is your solution really, because changing files in a game is usually recognized as a cheat.

However, at a certain stage of the game's progress, serious problems unfortunately occur that severely limit the fun of the game:

For example, as soon as you own the barn and have hired around 10 workers, 2-3 workers start to spawn in the wrong places - including on cliffs, the roof of the barn or far away near the villa. These NPCs can then no longer work, but will continue to be paid. This hinders production and makes planning difficult.

Furthermore, as the game progresses, performance losses occur: the game begins to hang, glitch or bug. Particularly problematic:
Workers glitch through walls
They attack the player inside the barn or drag you through objects - which is extremely frustrating
The in-game error message reporter does not show a readable message, but only dev codes that the player cannot interpret

How does this work?
It works by changing the npc's position on the map to a good location, it is a workaround for a bug(I wouldn't consider it a cheat but it's your playthrough), since you can't fire workers without talking to them in person. To my knowledge this game doesn't have a sort of anti-cheat to punish you, as it is a solo or coop game, I am not a dev but I didn't see any sort of anticheat in the game files also. Any real cheats or mods you choose to do only make your experience better or worse, however you choose to play.
