Game of the Year 2025?

With the success of Schedule I, do you believe that it deserves an award? Yay or Nay?
If nay? Is it because of Kingdom Come Deliverance II's popularity and GTA 6 ya'll waiting for?

It's April. This game is pretty decent at this point, but it's hardly worthy of game of the year.

GTA 6 Will take everything but I will vote this game as best Indy game of the year no doubt.

The game is fun for what it is but definitely not a contender for GOTY.

I would like to know what you guys think the best Indy game is then so far since you don't think this will take first place as best Indy game.

nah, not happening lol. the game isnt even finished, i dont think Early Access games can get the Game of the Year Award XD.

nah, not happening lol. the game isnt even finished, i dont think Early Access games can get the Game of the Year Award XD.

When is the game awards at the end of the year. But you might be right about not being fully released by then!

even if it gets finished, which i highly doubt, will it not be the game of the year.
Elding Ring: Nightreign releases for example soon.
schedule 1 would have no chance. same with multible other game titles such as silksong got announced for 2025 aswell and many MANY peoples are waiting for it to name just 1 indie game contender since Elden Ring would be a Triple A incase you come with the argument "but elden ring isnt made by a small studio" etc.
Delta Rune the successor of undertale gets this year its chapter 3 and 4. i could continue with indie games where schedule 1 would probably not have a chance.

Is Elding Ring an Indy game? And I got no idea what silksong is. Oh you said not to mention for some reason I am not sure why since we are talking about indy games anyways GTA 6 going to kill any AAA garbage!

GTA6 could very well be super bad and tank, all the greats that worked at rockstar have left
