How do i get specific products to the mixing stations to automate the process?

put them on a shelf and pay a handler to move the shelf to the mixing station.

So your handler will need several routes.
Shelf A to mixing station A
Shelf b to mixing station B
and so on.

Point the output of a mixing station to the input of the next mixing station. Have a handler take each ingredient from dedicated shelves to the mixing stations.

You'll need at least one handler to load the mixer from a shelf. But, you cannot pick a specific recipes from a shelf of mixed ingredients. you'll need a dedicated shelf for each ingredient

Handler 1
Ingredient shelf ► mixer.
initial product shelf ► mixer.

Chemist
mixes ► Then you can set the destination to a final product shelf / 2nd mixer / packaging station without the handler touching it again, just use the clip board on the mixer and set destination.

Then you can use the handler again to package and place on last shelf.
