Manageable Health Kits
Being able to heal up if we're low on health would be benneficial to our survival in the post drug exposed world in schedule 1 . That would imply another item to add to the game but would be massively USEFUL in shootouts or brawls.

With the cops, or with spoiled deals cause i failed at upselling them lol, or just out of pure boredom

I whack the cops every night, the two in front of the Taco Ticklers; I'm sick of them camping the road.

The guns definitely need some polishing, but I'm hoping rival factions/gangs/cartels (Benzies Family and/or others) will help accentuate the need for self defense later on in future updates
