TIME AFTER 4am

Is this a bug or part of the game why my plants dont grow in mid 4AM is the game want me to go to sleep?

So far, its part of the game. Some timers still work though like the mixer or the drying rack. It just seems to stop plant growth.

Yes game wants you to sleep at 4am to advance and get your XP for the day. Plants will not grow at 4am.
