What's confusing is that the steam points/levels aren't really useful for much of anything beyond a certain point, and anyone who actually "games" has more points than they know what to do with regardless.

Like, nothing can change the fact that humans are born as male and female, and it's not even a matter of the physical mutations that can happen, like intersex because NO ONE ever even brings that up. it's always what they 'identify as'. It's always mental they're wanting, which doesn't affect what the physicalities are. And most games give you the option to be buff women or slim, feminish men physically
