Cannot request Albert for a meet-up

I have a three-day old save that I initially began under Beta mode (not alternate). I got to the point where I was able to meet Albert to make large purchases; to which I was able to make a few transactions.

Third day in I made a request to meet-up with Albert; only his table stand setup was there and Albert wasn't there. I've tried the following to resolve the issue:

-Close & reboot game while under Beta
-Close and reboot into Beta-Alternative (Both Beta and Alternate-Beta show the option to call Albert for a meet-up; he's just not there)

-Boot into normal launch parameters (the option to request Albert for a meet-up is no longer on the phone and I can only request dead-drops at this point).

Anyone else experiencing this? I'm going to make another save under regular launch parameters and see if it's still the same. RIP

If your Suppliers are missing from their stations, please sleep and then restart your game to try to "reset" them.
If the above work-around is ineffective, please try this method:
1.Wait until you have the "we need to meet up" prompt
2.Go to the supplier waiting spot (behind some trees next to the house on the bottom right/SE of the map is where the suppliers stay until they are needed)
3.Knock out supplier
4.Sleep/go to next day
5.Wake up and save
6.Exit to menu and reload the save
7.Text supplier to meet
(This is a temporary work-around. This bug has been reported).
this method may or may not work depending on other factors

this sort of method worked for the pawn shop owner for me as well. when he fails to show up to the store. only i just beat him up went to sleep at the hotel room and then reloaded my save. unrelated but close to the same issue i was having. i also experienced suppliers not showing up but he seemed to come back on his own for my save.
