Progress asynchronous with friends ? Bug with joyning ?

When I play with my friend in my world, the progress is not consistent. For example, dealers and customers are not unlocked, and my friend couldn't assign employees.
My friend can't join my world sometimes, but this is rare.
Did you have similar problems ?
