But just for the heck of it yeah I still have several production facilities, managing them similarly to Neo X. It's been made easier with the latest beta version. (item filters)
I turned Storage (which most people seem to think is nearly useless) into a small meth lab. For some reason when NPCs are running the meth equipment they don't make trash, unlike the player.
The Barn I dedicated to making coke and mixing it to turn into...I think it was called Gray Grool.
The Docks has both coke and meth being made in it and bricked but without anything being mixed into it. I went for quantity over quality to make sure my dealers always had a good amount of product to sell, and I haven't expanded into the more expensive customer area yet because I stopped focusing on expansion of my customer base and instead focused on getting my setups automated. The higher quality stuff is too pricey for the average Joe.
The Bungalo has a weed farm set up in it but I'm having them grow a variety of weed types. Why? Because I feel like it. At this point I'm well-established with what the game allows you to do, and got a lot of dough in my bakery. Could I make better profits if I took the time to make better blends? Sure. But it's not all that important to me. Finding new blends? That's fun. Making the same boring blend over and over? Might be profitable (hence the barn) but that doesn't mean I'll enjoy it.
I don't do mixes unless it's to attract a new customer or for my personal strain that I use to zip around the map for deals/funsies. So I just have a small mixing operation in the storage room.
Motel is overflow storage for product.
Sweatshop is my hangout spot and for showing off all my shiny stuff.
as long as you are having fun , it doesnt matter if you are making 50k a day or more, or less.. or have 5 million in the bank or 10 million in the bank... even a million is more than you can spend currently
I have weed growing in the storage unit and doing a 2-stage mix. Item filters on the beta branch have been a god send. You can assign a handler to the sweatshop and have them move items and unload vans at the storage unit so you can essentially have 4 workers. All I have to do is order the 2 mixers, soil and seeds every few days and they unload it all automatically and make bricks.
Similar deal at the bungalow, but making meth with a 2-step mix, also fully automated including unloading vans and supplying stations. Had to downsize production to have extra handlers for automation but it's worth it since it's basically hands off now. Since apparently some customers prefer one product to another, I make high quality everything and give bricks of all drugs to each dealer so customers can choose what they want to order. Might not be the most min-maxing profit but it's fun.
Barn is basically fully setup making coke automatically but not mixing yet. Still setting up the warehouse for more coke and I'll incorporate mixing there in an automated way, then go back and add some mixing to the barn coke too. I haven't manually made anything in a long time, so I have the most time to drain the big spenders, mess around with fun mixes for myself to use, and make money from gambling and selling gold.
