can you guys show me the easy way to complete the 10M achievements?

Easy, quick and cheesy: duplicate gold bars.

There is no other easy way. Doing it legit is to produce as much 8-mix coke as possible and anything that can't be sold goes on a shelf to count towards net worth.

Just acquire money. It doesn't matter if it's laundered, in pockets or as raw value on the shelves as product (just don't brick or jar it or the value decreases for whatever strange reason)
Quickest way outside of duping or anything would probably be buying gold bars and reselling them to pawn shop on Thursday (highest sell price day)

Buying gold is a slower strategy than buying more coke mixing ingredients and just making more coke. Coke is 10x ROI, gold bars is 1.8x.
