Brad is a lazy arsehole!
Brad will not work, he wants to just stay homeless living under the overpass in a tent! I've offered him opportunity to better himself and still he just hangs out in his tent. I've filled his slots with basic goods and I've given him several chances. I've tried punching him, removing his goods and only given them back when he has informed me that he's out, restarted the game and tried again....he's still a bum not producing anything! Any Suggestion how to get this guy to step it up, or is he just destine to live off of taxpayers and sleep on the street ?

Firstly, do not fill all his slots.

You should give someone max a stack of bricks and a stack of jars, leave them room to turn stuff into bags.

Secondly, try saving, exiting and reloading.

Occasionally dealers will get stuck not selling and you gotta reload.

Sometimes punching them (and then running away) might work too.

If you want to fill the slots of a dealer the max is 60 bricks of any product, the 2 remaining slots are used for them to break into jars and baggies.

But if you're giving them jars/baggies and you have assigned 8 customers, it might just be an AI issue.

Not true. I've filled up all slots with bricks and they have no problem selling bags and jars. You can check by looking at the Dealer screen on your phone and you'll see the total number of doses dropping by 5's and 1's.
