What to do in endgame

I feel like all im doing endgame is refilling shelves. Other than finding ♥♥♥♥ to do like shoot cops or zoom around the map on my skateboard there's nothing to do. Im guessing more content will be added in to improve the late game in the future, but does anyone else feel like this?
