Handlers from loading docks... can they use their inventory?
It seems they use one slot for one item, and carry on accordingly. Maybe that's planned down the line with more expensive handlers? Love the beta build, the order of unloading -> mixing isn't exactly right, but i'm sure we'll get there. Really fun to get back in for a bit and redo some things!!

They're only supposed to carry one stack at a time. Ideally we shouldn't need to see/give/take from their inventory but it was a quick feature to help assist with a bug. Accessing their inventory might be removed later.

Can you elaborate on "the order of unloading to mixing isn't right"?
yep - what I mean is top left to bottom right doesn't seem to hold true any longer. I let a handler unload the truck fully to a large storage rack, with a filter for one item per slot. this rack feeds the mixer. the truck was unloaded fine, the item slot filters worked. then I seeded the mixer with the base product, and from the shelf, the handler took the cuke first (item slot 2) plain as day instead of item slot 1.

I had to actually observe it to understand why I was getting stuck, with "new recipe found" which I wasn't expecting. they unload the truck in whatever order, but the storage rack filters should buffer against that. but I think i have found a new issue where the rack is fine, but the order the handler puts it into the mixer doesn't conform to what we are used to.

It seems like if there is already an item in a machine, the handler will prioritize refilling that item from the supply shelf until there is no more of that item, so they don't seem to follow a "top-left to bottom-right" order. I tried to put both baggies and jars on the supply rack for a packaging station, hoping they will go in order and end up with the ratio I want, but they just endless use one or the other, whichever is currently in the packaging station, until that item is gone from the supply shelf. Only then will they switch to the other item. This is different from your mixing scenario, but I really think the only way to reliably do multi-step mixes is to have separate machines and separate supply shelves for each mixer.
