When moving, the picture is very interrupted
Why does the picture tear a lot when moving? how can this be fixed (if there are ways of course):csgo_headshot:

Try enabling VSync, if you haven't. VSync forces the game to adhere to your monitor's refresh rate, preventing image tearing.

Vsync is enabled. this started after the last update

yer it started for me today,never had issue with it. defo nothing in settings.
