4k video lag issue NOT fixed in 3.6 beta

the last v3.5 update introduced an issue that causes massive video lag at 4K resolutions (e.g. from 45-50 fps before to 15-18 fps after).

I can report that the new 3.6 beta does not address this issue, whatever it is. The game behaves the same as before, in this regard.

Game is currently unplayable at 4K, so hopefully this will get fixed soon!
