Handlers for Loading Docks

I got my handler to work on bungalow to unload the vehicles. I remember assigning Safe -> loading docks once to test the functionality and it worked. but cant seem to get it to work again.

In barn, my handler is picking up items from loading dock 1 but seem to ignore loading dock 2. So for now, loading dock #1 works as a restocking rack with 16 slots lol. I order 4 stacks of soil and fill it with coca seeds.

If anyone can get the Safe - Loading dock to work let me know what you did, it seemed to work in bungalow the first time but doesn't when i reconfigured the employee structure. Stash n dash works with unloading but not with loading it.

Theres a post that guides you to reconfigure the game files but I did nothing for it on any of my bases. I'll try this on a new game and test if it will only work the first time you assign the docks.
