For making profit off Gold bars
Try to sell them to the pawn shop on thursdays as they seem to be the best days to make a profit, and possibly saturdays. Typically you want to get at least 2k to 2.5 k profit per bar sold. Also remember weekly 10k deposit + 24 hour max 20k launder with all 4 facilities you can get about 15 gold Bars a week.

I wonder why this is in the game, it's pretty cheesy that a pawn shop could make profit of this if the real value is 10k, or that the boutique store is selling it way under market price.

Perhaps it's just another fun minigame and the profitability is the bait. As long as the laundering is this limited it's not a big deal.

Bait as you say. Unless there was a possibility of profit there would be no point in buying a gold brick that does nothing else. The delivery is slightly odd - buying from a boutique and selling to a pawnshop. However the essence of why people invest in gold is there. Buy and wait for flunctuation in value to sell.

I did it once, the problem is when you want to sell in bulk, for example selling 50 gold bars at once, when you try to haggle the price you need to press the $100 button a hundred times, if you type your price, Mick just ignored it. I prefer producing 8 coke mix and just put it in shelves to get the 10 millions achievements

Click the value, type your counter offer value, press enter, then click counter.

Yes there's little point in gold reselling when going for 10m, the laundered money is better spent on mixer ingredients.

Admittedly. Id like to see Tyler raise the launder Limit to 40k a day imho but we will see how this game keeps progressing.

Think it could go even higher than that, but more content needs to be put in first so there's more to spend it on. Even just a nice house or something. But I'm not in a rush. Dude seems to be doing as much as he can.

Just realised I should use the new storage for my pot botanist (otherwise I just have a garbage cleaner, and Ive been picking up trash again anyways for fun), and make the Bungalow my decorated hangout spot.
It's a fun little quirk for a bit until that 20,000 limit makes it annoying.

I remembered I press the enter button but the price bounce back to the one that Mick offered to me, and the button option onIy show the accept button, not counter button, but I dunno my memories a bit foggy,
