Cant unlock WEI LONG

As title suggests I have had all customers unlocked, been completing deals however up until yesterday I wasn't packaging my product and was wondering if that's why im not hitting friendly. Also some of the new customers now never hit me up.


Only other thing is I DO have the police station blocked off but I don't see how that would affect it.

i just add those contacts for new dealer to another dealer and wait till they hit friendly , one or 2 days and it will just pop up .... dunno if ur bugged maybe
