What are some suggestions to the game that you think would make the game so much better?
I know the game is in early access, and the game itself is pretty fun and good. However there are a few things that I think could be modified to add more game-related fun.

IMO here's my two cents:
1) Make trash have a purpose. You could entice people to hire trash men by having a clean area apply a productivity speed buff to your employees instead of what I normally hear which is punishing you by applying a debuff if trash is heavy in an area. I find it more fun when you are rewarded for playing with the game's systems (mixing in the base game is a good example of that) over being punished for not doing so. Again, Retail Tycoon 2 on Roblox had a similar thing like this with its trash system except it brought down the rating of your store.
2) optimize deliveries. For example there's a mod out there that let's you save your deliveries and have them set up on auto delivery. So if you constantly buy Horse Semen and Bananas to mix with, you can just click the delivery button and it will auto-deliver horse semen and bananas nonstop without your input. Very useful. Just like how you can favorite products, you can also favorite "deliveries" instead of manually inputting the number of each individual product you want.
3) Make Low Quality, standard, and high quality products worth more. As it stands, there's no real reason to buy high quality pseudo since it doesn't affect the price. This could be a cool way to make you feel like you're progressing even further where low quality is cheapest, standard is moderately expensive but pays moderately more profit, and high quality goes further in that regard. This would entice people to actually use high quality products instead of just cheaping out.

I'd like to see Cartel dealers randomly on the street that under price you and steal your customers. And if you run into a Cartel dealer...he opens fire on you..

I'm fine letting Tyler build the game he wants to build without my input.
The only thing I would add is a way to change the length of the Day/Night Cycle

I suggest waiting for Tyler to develop his game more, and I suggest at least reading the roadmap. I suggest understanding that you're playing his game, not yours. I am here to see his creative output, not yours (or mine). He can cook, obviously, more than you and most AAA studios.

I also suggest using the suggestions forum. I also suggest not "suggesting" what 100 people have before you. I'm not really sure why people think they are entitled creative direction on Tyler's game. :P

Everyone is entitled to an opinion and this forum allows people to voice them, pretty simple if you think about it.

The handlers having 5 routes should be changed. That list should start off not scrolling and expand to as many tasks as I want to add to it, give it a maximum that you're never going to use anyway, call it 25, just so people aren't able to just keep adding and adding forever - solves that issue.

If they are overworked and they can't perform the tasks I've given them then that's my fault and I can't complain. Them standing around getting paid isn't my fault either though as I'm working within the confines of the systems I've been given, which aren't very good - in my opinion.

Skim read the roadmap, that doesn't appear to be on there, so there you go. That, in my opinion, would be a massive QoL improvement which would take very little time or effort to implement.

If it's not on there, maybe Tyler doesn't want that in his game. Do you think because you want that, it needs to be on there ?
There's a point where voicing your opinion oversteps your bounds on Tyler's creativity and what he wants to do with his game. You think you know better here, that the handlers are somehow "wrong", what if Tyler wants them like that ? I don't mind handlers having 5 routes, and I find ways to manage with that. It's part of the challenge for me.
Just like OP, you're here thinking you know best when you're the 100th person "suggesting" this, and it hasn't been changed. :P
Everyone is entitled to an opinion, yes, including me about your opinion. Tyler is also entitled to doing what he wants with his game, and I'm entitled to telling you you don't know better. Am entitled to defending my interests too! I don't want to play your game, I want to play Tyler's.

From what I know, Tyler's issue tracker is filled to the brim, probably with people thinking they know better like this, which like... keeps useful bug reports from getting through from the in game tool ? He removed the "suggestion" wording from it for a reason. He probably has 100,000 emails like this in his work inbox too, which probably drowns any useful communications he might have, so on and so forth...

An experience penalty for each time you become "Under Arrest". If the cops chase you three times, then at the end of the day, you lose 3x 30 exp, for a total of a 90 exp penalty. Cops should be a threat, not exp farms.

You'd be surprised. Censorship is quite high in online spaces these days. People are entitled to opinions, but in many online spaces, they are not entitled to the right to share them. A great deal of censorship and unjustified banning takes place due to power-hungry moderators like on Reddit/Discord etc. I've even seen similar on Steam forums.

You're not the arbiter of opinions on a public forum.

Did you ever stop to think that maybe Tyler doesn't want you to be that guy either ?

You've got a lot of opinions, which is absolutely fine - as I said people are entitled to them, but shutting people down because you think you have some kind of authority to do so, which you don't, stinks.

Carry on.

I don't see this topic related to censorship in any kind of way, I make music and I develop games as well, and there's two types of feedback I get:
-"Y mechanic doesn't work with X mechanic" or in the case of music "Your snare hits a little too hard"

With this, I know the problems I have, and I can find my own solutions. It preserves my creative freedom and you're not pretending that you know better.

The other type of feedback I get sounds like:
"You should add X mechanic! It would be so cool" or "You should add cowbells, I like cowbells"

This kind of feedback feels like you're assuming there's problems with the thing because you think you know better, and you want my thing to be your thing. It feels disrespectful to me, and I usually brush off that sort of criticism, and it paid off.

He's also shifting to a different format where he will poll players for feedback instead, I think on X? so he can preserve his own ideas and get people to provide feedback on what they want implemented first.

A "hoe" business... The game is so fun to play, even more so with friends as you can really have every hands on deck with no one having nothing to do for a second. ^^

But I must say, that all along I was asking myself, "where are the hoes?" doesn't it come with the business? I think a little pimping added to the game with Tyler's touch could be funny. ^^

I'd suggest you pick up a leaflet on the word "Pretentious" and give that a read, might help.

I could say the same to you, you're trying to shut me down.
