After you unlock all the businesses (4), properties (5, 6 if you count the motel room), and town sections (6) for dealers/customers that is the end game currently.

its still being developed and is Early Access lol.
The endgame is basically whatever you want it to be.

Optimize your drug network and then *shrugs* wait for new content

I don't want an end. The fun is in dealing and avoiding the cops and setting up labs.

The cops are insanely easy to avoid, got bored of them and blocked them all in the station with vehicles.
