What does the sync button do on the bottom right do?

Doesn't seem to work across properties? I'll double check but it didn't seem to be the same between my hotel and taco ticklers.

I think if you have multiple on 1 property and sync is on they'll play the same song. Doesn't seem to work on multiple properties though.
